  Bathroom sink plumbing replacement

  Great experience from Berni - contacted her on Monday with leaking sink from my only bathroom (Mon morning stress!), sent photos and she confirmed problem with quote. Fitted me in Tue afternoon and did a great job in fitting the new plumbing needed. Clean & tidy in her work. Would definitely recommend (and I'm sure will now be my go-to plumber)

  Issue with electric water heater. Valve on water heater failed and over flowed down over flow pipe.

  Fantastic! Very informative on the visit and educated me on the maintenance of the cylinder going forward. Have been given info on further parts to order and is going to come out again to help install this so I am able to use my water tank to the optimum level. Thank you again! Very helpful.

  Bernie, was brilliant. She assessed a failed bathroom install and cracked on, putting to rights a previous plumbing mess. She installed copper pipes and new valves for the whole bathroom in record time and took time to show me what the issues were. Very approachable, personable and professional. I have no hesitation recommending Bernie.

  Excellent plumber

  Had a problem with the immersion tank element. I received a message from bm plumbing asking what the problem was and to send photos of said element .I done that and asked for a price .I received a message back with the price so I asked when could it be fixed. Bernie responded quickly saying she could fit me in on Wednesday morning. Perfect received a call saying she was half an hour away which was nice of her. Within an hour everything was up and running perfectly.even sent me pictures of the old element will definitely be using bm plumbing in future 10/10

  We didn't have hot water due to a broken zone valve in the system.

  Although the broken zone valve was the initial issue, the hot water was still not working. Bernie was very dedicated and looked through the user manual to make sure nothing was missed. She kept at it and strategically resolved the issue. She is definitely a plumber that cares.

  Excellent service. Good communication throughout. Turned up, Worked hard, very tidy and excellent job down with no fuss. Will use again for future plumbing jobs.
