Bernie was wonderful. I'd been really overcharged by someone who said they couldn't help me and couldn't suggest what else I could do. But then Bernie came the very next day, identified the problem, and helped me fix it. Berni was the only trade that I'd had on site throughout a full renovation who arrived on time and completed any work without hassle. Even amongst the chaos, she was very professional and just got on with the job.
