We needed an emergency plumber as our vertical radiator (and brackets) had come off the wall and bent the pipe. There was some water leakage. It's Friday night so I wasn't sure whether we'd be able to get anybody out immediately. Gave Berni a call via Checkatrade and she was happy to come out and help straight away. She was at our home within twenty minutes! Really professional and personable service. She guided us through the issues and worked speedily and efficiently. The whole issue was rectified to a great standard within the hour. Will definitely keep her number on speed dial!

Berni was able to pickup the job with short notice and also completed it neatly for a competitive price using quality parts from Altecnic. She is very friendly and her communication has been excellent about work date booking and arrival time. Easy online payment without the hussle of cash dealings.

our shower tray cracked a week before our holiday. We had a scandalous previous quote through this site but after talking to Bernie, her price was reasonable and she bent over backwards to get the work done before we went away. Previous home owners had the bathroom and shower unit thrown together and it was a bit of a botch job, Bernie came up with a plan to best resolve the issue and even installed extra support under the newly fitted shower tray to make sure it doesn't happen again. Clean, tidy work, reliable, on time, great communication, she gets all our work going forward. 10/10

BM Plumbing installed two radiators for my mum. She was friendly, fast, efficient, and competent. Extremely clean worker, and the cost was very reasonable. (Even the dog took a shine to her - and assorted plumbing rubbish, but that's not relevant, here!🤣) I would not hesitate to use them in the future, or to recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
