Bernie was wonderful. I'd been really overcharged by someone who said they couldn't help me and couldn't suggest what else I could do. But then Bernie came the very next day, identified the problem, and helped me fix it. She was brilliant, she didn't rip me off, and I'd hire again in a heartbeat for any other plumbing jobs.

Prompt response and good service. Left the place tidy Honest and amended the initial job to a smaller job of just what was needed.

Berni was the only trade that I'd had on site throughout a full renovation who arrived on time and completed any work without hassle. Even amongst the chaos, she was very professional and just got on with the job. The bathroom looks fantastic and was finished to a high standard.

Berni came bang on time, was really polite and lovely and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Couldn't recommend anyone more!
