  I cannot recommended BMC enough. They were FANTASTIC. Great quality work, a pleasure to work with and clear about cost and support from the start. Billy went above and beyond for us, and was incredibly supportive and communication was great. I feel incredibly lucky to have had such great service and such a great team. We love our loft conversion, couldn’t be happier.

  Loft conversion

  Billy and his team did a fantastic job creating our loft conversion. Billy oversaw the whole build and offered great advice and interpreted the architects plans making suggestions that worked much better than the original drawings. Amazingly quick build of about five weeks and minimal disruption. Jack and George were onsite every day and were tidy, courteous and did a great job. Thank you to BMC!!

  Supply and fit AMTICO LVT

  Substandard workmanship when laying an expensive amitco LVT floor has resulted in the floorboards lift making the floor uneven and dangerous Amitco reps have visited 3 times and their reports state that the LVT has been layed on an inappropriate subfloor, causing the boards to lift After months and months of communication we are no closer to an amicable solution. BMC is adamant the flooring is faulty but can’t offer any proof of this. To rectify the situation and to have the subfloor suitable made for LVT, and to have the new LVT laid correctly will cost £2,300

  Yes we installed Amtico Flooring with guidance from Magnets, stating we could lay this on floorboards as it had its own underlay, it was also laid on a finished screed floor. The floor has lifted and become uneven on both subfloors. BMC looked at Amtico Reviews on Trustpilot and we found this is a common issue on all subfloors with their product. An Amtico representative blamed the issue on different causes such as the sunlight coming through from the Lantern, the prep on the timber subfloor and the 'FINISHED' screed needing an overlay. Amtico have replaced their flooring for this customer for free and we have offered a full refund for the cost of labour that we charged for the installation, because we are not happy to relay any Amtico flooring again after reading the reviews and the service they provided.

  Loft conversion

  Billy and his team completed the work to a high standard and ina timely manner. They were easy to work with and any issues were worked through and a satisfactory outcome was made. Billy was extremely helpfull from the initial contact through design and then throughout the project. His team of Dan and Ash were helpful on site and have done a wonderful job.

  Hip to Gable Loft Conversion

  When looking for a Builder to manage and complete our loft conversion Billy came out on top for his customer service and attention to detail before the work even began. The team worked quickly and efficiently with little to no mess (we expected a lot more disruption). However, I was able to work from home during the entire loft conversion! The team were happy to answer any questions from me / my wife. Billy was also flexible when minor changes were required to the plans / layout. All of the trades Billy used were polite and courteous in our home and we couldn't reccomend them highly enough.
