Great service. Danny and team checked what was broken and explained what needed replacing. Very happy with the communication i received and the service was very professional. This was the first time i have used Blue Planet Plumbing & Heating but will definitely go back to them next time and would recommend.

Boiler Fault / Service

Due to a low pressure fault my boiler stopped working so had no heating / hot water - contacted Blue Planet via a recommendation. They turned up within an hour and fixed the issue and then serviced my boiler - were extremely professional and courteous- the charge for the work was very competitive- I thoroughly recommend them

Danny arrived when he said he would. He was extremely thorough checking the relevant appliances in my kitchen. He was reassuring and good at explaining what the problem was and gave me excellent advice as to what needed to be done. From tap changes to unvented hot water systems, with underfloor heating, we cover all aspects of plumbing and heating.

Inline with future developments and systems, we proactively expand our skills and knowledge with the latest training.

Our key goal is to provide an all-encompassing, personal and reliable service where customer satisfaction is key.

All jobs undertaken are treated with the same respect and care as our own homes, taking every precaution to ensure your domestic/commercial property is protected from any damage or mess.

This is done by covering all surfaces that we may come into contact with during the process of carrying out the works (Carpet Protection or Cordex sheets for harder surfaces).

All surfaces and areas where work is performed are tidied and cleaned prior to leaving the premises.

Following completion, our work is guaranteed for 1 year.

Boiler installations are covered under the manufacturers warranty, which we take responsibility of registering upon completion of installation.
