We needed a gas safe certificate and the end-to-end service was excellent. Great comms and a really fast turnaround. The work carried out was done so professionally and quickly, and I would say that the price is more than competitive great aftercare too by a great team. Highly recommended

Top-notch Boiler Repair!

Our boiler suddenly broke down, leaving us with no hot water — we couldn't wash up or bathe the kids, which was a nightmare. Thankfully, Blue Planet Plumbing came to the rescue. They responded quickly, identified the issue straight away, sourced the replacement part, and had everything up and running again in no time. Professional, efficient, and reliable — we couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

Albert from Blue Planet came to look at an issue with our central heating and quickly diagnosed the problem as being with the Hive controls. He resolved it promptly and with no fuss. Albert was polite, tidy, and clearly very knowledgeable. It's great to find someone so professional and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Quick, Friendly Help When I Needed It

Really impressed with the service! They responded and got me booked in really quickly after I contacted them about my bath and sink backing up. After checking everything over, they discovered the blockage was actually further back in the system and was affecting other flats too. They took the time to speak with my neighbours and helped get the issue sorted properly. Was very impressed by the service report and check in after the job was done. Super professional, friendly, and efficient throughout — highly recommend!

From tap changes to unvented hot water systems, with underfloor heating, we cover all aspects of plumbing and heating.

Inline with future developments and systems, we proactively expand our skills and knowledge with the latest training.

Our key goal is to provide an all-encompassing, personal and reliable service where customer satisfaction is key.

All jobs undertaken are treated with the same respect and care as our own homes, taking every precaution to ensure your domestic/commercial property is protected from any damage or mess.

This is done by covering all surfaces that we may come into contact with during the process of carrying out the works (Carpet Protection or Cordex sheets for harder surfaces).

All surfaces and areas where work is performed are tidied and cleaned prior to leaving the premises.

Following completion, our work is guaranteed for 1 year.

Boiler installations are covered under the manufacturers warranty, which we take responsibility of registering upon completion of installation.
