Really impressed with the service! They responded and got me booked in really quickly after I contacted them about my bath and sink backing up. After checking everything over, they discovered the blockage was actually further back in the system and was affecting other flats too. They took the time to speak with my neighbours and helped get the issue sorted properly. Was very impressed by the service report and check in after the job was done.
