  I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the moment Safeer arrived, he was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing in simple terms, which gave me peace of mind. The work was completed to a very high standard. It was neat, efficient, and well-organised. After finishing the job, he cleaned up thoroughly and even gave us a few helpful tips on maintenance. It’s rare to come across tradespeople who are both skilled and genuinely care about the customer experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

  Disconnected gas fire to save bird stuck down chimney!

  Absolutely fantastic outcome! Mohammed was great! He came to our rescue after I phoned him in a panic because a bird fell down our chimney! He came as soon as he was able. A very nice chap. He disconnected our gas fire and freed the bird. He was very professional, checked for leaks. The great news is the bird survived, he saved its life! A very professional gas fitter. Will definitely be using him again in the future. Would highly recommend him!
