Disconnected gas fire to save bird stuck down chimney!

Absolutely fantastic outcome! Mohammed was great! He came to our rescue after I phoned him in a panic because a bird fell down our chimney! He came as soon as he was able. A very nice chap. He disconnected our gas fire and freed the bird. He was very professional, checked for leaks. The great news is the bird survived, he saved its life! A very professional gas fitter. Will definitely be using him again in the future. Would highly recommend him!

Boiler fitted and therstatic valves to radiators

Blue flames fitted boiler and thermostatic valves to radiators all valves were leaking and some old valve threaded caps left on as they could not be bothered to take them off.
Do not think they drained the radiators completely resulting in flooding a room and damaging copper pipe and replacing with push fit plastic.
boiler created a leak and the guy said hes not here for this hes here to fit a boiler i isolated the water supply and 2nd day he was there put it back on and flooding upstairs and below living room and left the job like this.
Many more faults created aswell.
