They provided a highly competitive, transparent quote for a premium boiler; sourced & installed it the very next morning. Communication was excellent: I was sent photo & video updates of the progress, including the flush & filter installation. The engineer went above & beyond by replacing a separate weeping kitchen pipe with proper fittings while the system was drained. Hardworking, honest, and highly competent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
