Came to install a new smart thermostat and provided a great service. Firat Salih called within fifteen minutes of my enquiry being posted. Despite it not being an emergency, Firat was able to arrange an appointment to service my Vaillant boiler the very next day which fitted perfectly with my availability. He arrived punctually and provided an excellent service which extended beyond attending to the boiler to include bleeding radiators throughout the house as required to make sure the system was functioning to its full capacity.
