Had a leak in a water pipe feeding into our boiler which a Vaillant engineer had left, being unable to fix it himself. Firat came next day and sorted it out, no hassle. Very experienced engineer + plumber - I have been using his services for repairs and replacements since moving here 3 years ago and never been disappointed.

We have had Firat come and do various jobs for us including detecting and repairing a gas leak, getting rid of redundant pipe work and moving our gas oven. Each time he had been so pleasant to deal with, professional, efficient and fairy priced. Would definitely recommend.

I am extremely pleased with the installation of my Gas cooker today. The young man explained what he was going to do. Before choosing the company I contacted another engineer and felt pressured by their selling tactics. With Blue Flame CMS it was the totally opposite. I am very happy with the job carried out today. Firet rang within 15mins. He said he could come the next day which l thought very efficient. He actually came the same day as he'd had a cancellation, so the job was done quickly.

I switched to the company through ChecktTrade after the heating engineer I used in the past did not show up for the job. Firat was very responsive and provided a professional service promptly. As a happy customer, I definitely will use this company again in future.
