  Professional, knowledgeable, calm and respectful

  This was a major piece of work for me (but probably not for him!) in that my kitchen in my new home was being redone and the electrics needed to be upgraded, so I was nervous. Jim was professional, knowledgeable, calm and respectful and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with him as I progress with redoing the rest of the house. He came to see the space before he quoted, and he contacted me before he started the works to run through his thinking and plans. That made me feel confident. I’d definitely recommend his work.

  Efficient, friendly, good value

  I hired this business to do a simple job for me - disconnect my oven and then return a week later to reconnect it. Jim (and his apprentice) were fantastic. They turned up on time, did a swift and good job, and were very friendly. In addition, on his return Jim kindly also helped me out by shifting and reconnecting my washing machine for me as I couldnt do it myself. He went over and above and I very much appreciated it. Good value too. Will be using them again! Thanks Jim and co.

  Additional sockets

  Jim turned out quickly to solve a problem with my consumer board and additional sockets. He explained the options clearly & precisely and then implemented the agreed plan there and then. Great service delivered in a friendly and reassuring manner. Will use again if / when needed.
