Prompt response to telephone query, diagnosis and resolution of the problem

Jim was great. He understood immediately immediately the urgency of my request and attended at short notice. Throughout the entire job he was professional and kept me informed of every step. He recommended where I could save money and acted as a truly honest tradesman. Highly recommended.

A small job involving the replacement of a kitchen ceiling downlighter. Options were offered by Jim prior to the work and the chosen solution was cosmetically better than what had been there before. Communications, timekeeping and interpersonal skills all excellent. Especially pleased with getting the work done the day after I contacted him.

Jim was extremely prompt in his response - very helpful with advice & carried out the tasks with expertise & proficiency - couldn't have asked for more - will use again & would thoroughly recommend without hesitation:)

I called Jim in an emergency and he promised to come within 2 hrs and was true to his word. Although power had returned by the time he arrived, he seemed very knowledgeable, gave me sound advice on what was the likely cause and what to do to deal with the problem. Amazingly he did not charge me anything for the call even though I offered. Very honest prompt and efficient and I heartily recommend him and will use his services again.
