  Ben was professional, reliable and swiftly fitted 4 x new locks for me. He explained thoroughly the different product choices for me to choose and I felt comfortable when making my choice. I didn’t feel pushed into any decisions and would happily choose him again when needing a locksmith for any occasion in the future. I would highly recommend choosing this company.   Prompt, reasonably priced, professional job.

  The external lock on the front door broke one night last week . We could lock ourselves in, but not lock the door as we left the house. We rang Ben at 9 am the next morning. He was at another job but assured us that he would attend as soon as he'd finish. He rang a little later to let us know he was on his way. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He needed to replace the lock, and also cut an extra 2 keys at our request. We rang at 9 (not an emergency call out), and Ben was gone by 11.20. The fee was very reasonable, and l would definitely recommend Blue Arrow Locksmiths to all.

  Friendly and efficient. Arrived when we had arranged (quick turnaround for something that wasn't an emergency). Fitted a new front door lock and cut extra keys for me. Ben also checked a window lock I had tourble with but was able to free that up so it didn't need to be replaced.

  Broken external door lock

  Ben called me back immediately after my request for help- he was with us an hour later and diagnosed a broken lock and replaced that for us . Amazing service . Amazing friendly professional chap - will be saving and using again

  A professional job , and a friendly guy

  Ben responded to my message within 5 minutes of me leaving my query. As it wasn’t an emergency we arranged that he would get to me in the following few days in a time to suit. Ben arrived with me 2 days later, surveyed the door and managed to repair it there and then as he carries spare parts with him. He worked quickly and professionally, I would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending him to anyone who is looking for a locksmith in the Shrewsbury and surrounding areas.
