  Ben arrived at the promised time, was diligent about the installation and explaining the lock~ although the technological handbook confused both of us for a while ! He cleaned up afterwards and made sure that I could operate the lock before leaving

  Great experience with Blue Arrow Locksmiths. Ben contacted me immediately and gave me a cost for the job. He came at the arranged time and replaced the lock at the quoted price. He did a great job and was thorough and friendly and I’d definitely recommend him.

  Thoroughly Reliable

  Arrived on time ( always a "plus!") and discussed work to be done ( and he decided just on the one lock needed replacing) and quietly got on with the job with just one short break which I initiated. Fully explained the new new lock's system and its working thoroughly cleared away the working area when finished. Lock fits perfectly and gives much higher security than the previous. Would certainly contact him again if I needed a replacement elsewhere or to any friend or neighbour.
