  Excellent response time. Ben was very helpful and got us into the house very quickly. He then worked on the jammed lock and spent time making sure it worked well before leaving. He was polite cheerful helpful and would highly recommend using Blue Arrow locksmiths. Will recommend to friends!

  Ben was professional, reliable and swiftly fitted 4 x new locks for me. He explained thoroughly the different product choices for me to choose and I felt comfortable when making my choice.
