Quick, professional and friendly - couldn’t ask for more!

We had a problem with two of our doors, Ben attended very quickly, he was professional and explained everything he was doing clearly. His costs were fair and reasonable would not hesitate to recommend 10/10 from us

We are truly indebted to Ben. We contacted him when no one else was available. We live rurally and Ben drove 2 hours to come and help us get in. With 5 toddlers we were highly stressed and he was wonderful. Kind, efficient and value for money. Would recommend in an instant.

What more can I say about blue arrow locksmiths and particularly about Ben. I had a problem with the lock on my back door. I put a request on the web which got answered in about two minutes flat. Ben turned up the next morning and diagnosed the problem. He returned the next day with the part and completed the job. Ben is a very pleasant person and I would recommend him to anyone. Well done Ben 11/10.
