Ben was incredibly knowledgeable and competent in the repair he completed for me. He was able to source a part required for a discontinued door and kept me fully updated of progress in this. The door was repaired quickly once the part arrived and cheaper than an alternative quote previously obtained. Would not hesitate to use Ben again with any future projects. Friendly, competitive and reliable.

At 10pm the key in the lock snapped and we were unable to even close the door. Ben came out at 11pm , and did a temporary fix and ordered the correct parts to repair it properly a few days later. We were away the following day so we were most relieved he came out that evening. He was so helpful, efficient and reliable, kept us informed and the lock is better than ever. Would highly recommend

Ben called as soon as I posted job, kept me up to date with when he would arrived. Job was completed and explained throughout, as it wasn't straightforward. Fixed in little over an hour. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
