  BLS were fantastic from quote to completion. Their assessment of the work needed was detailed and well explained (thanks to Brian). The work carried out (big thanks to Matt and Henry) was quickly done with great attention to detail. When they discovered that our chimneys weren't capped, they added this onto the day's work with no bother - a real joy to see people take such pride in their work.

  I CALLED BRIAN WHO ANSWERED MY CALL QUICKLY AND ARRANGED TO COME AND SEE THE JOB WITHIN 2 DAYS. AFTER HIS VISIT HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS NEEDED AND SENT ME A QUOTE THE SAME DAY WHICH I ACCEPTED AND ARRANGED FOR HIS TEAM TO COME THE FOLOWING WEEK FOR 2 DAYS. ON THE START DAY 3 POLITE AND HARD WORKING ROOFERS ARRIVED AND GOT ON WITH THE JOB AND COMPLETED IN 2 DAYS. BRIAN CAME TO COLLECT PAYMENT AT MY REQUEST AND ANSWERED SOME MINOR NIGGLES I HAD FOUND FROM INSIDE THE ATTIC, HE PUT MY MIND AT EASE AND HIS TEAM RETURNED THE FOLLOWING DAY TO RESOLVE SOME MINOR ISSUES I HAD. JOB WELL DONE

  Prompt competitive quote. Started work very quickly and completed in a timely fashion. The quality of work done was excellent and the site cleared and tidied. We were kept updated throughout the project. The team worked extremely efficiently and were a pleasure to have around.

  Dismantling and rebuilding the chimney

  Great communication from the start. Arrived, did the job and left. Even through they found a tree growing in the old chimney everything was sorted out. All rubbish removed and front drive left tidy. Would definitely recommend.
