leak from the roof. assessed and quote accepted. however it took multiple attempts to find the leak and sort it. very professions and reliable. excellent communication. job was done in Nonember 2025.

Cannot fault Brian and team. Communication was great from enquiry to job completion. All work was completed to the highest of standards (3 hipped ridges re-bedded, 1 chimney partially repointed with stepped flash installed and separate chimney capped) by a very friendly and professional team, and at a very competitive price.

The company was rapid and efficient and knew what they were doing. When we realised a small item had been forgotten, they swiftly returned to finish it.

The BLS team did a great job from quote to completion. They were always on time, pleasant, professional, highly skilled and efficient. The work carried out included the fixing of a breathable membrane under tiles above a leaking flat roof, re-laying the tiles and fixing a new capsheet over part of the garage roof. The work carried out was completed quickly and as per estimate in terms of both time and cost. I will certainly contact Brian in the future if I need any of the services that they offer.
