  Colin, Martin and Tom did a fantastic job of our small extension. The communication, craftsmanship and all round quality of the job was superb. We are in the stages of designing our next project in which we will be having the Bloor Building team back in to do without hesitation. Thank you so much!

  Professional and hardworking builder

  Colin and his team recently carried out some work at our house in Binley. The work involved the removal of the wall between the kitchen and living room, a small extension to the rear and the installation of bi-fold doors. The completed job is spectacular and we are absolutely delighted with it. Colin and all his team are very professional, hard working, polite and very tidy and a pleasure to have around. They kept us informed throughout the work, offering ideas and solutions where we needed them. We can definitely recommend Colin to anyone in need of a reliable, professional builder.

  carport and canopy over ramp to rear entry of property

  Colin and his team were exceptional kevin was very helpful and was very keen to get the build right and make sure we were happy with it he was very tidy at the end of the day he was always very polite i would recommend the team to anyone thinking of employing them for any work. it is very rare to get any builder to be as reliable as this team these days. would use them again if ever we needed to.

  A Builder who Communicates with you

  I initially asked Colin to quote to replace our garage roof which was leaking as the previous owners had a poor job carried out. Colin came to site and asked me what I would like and listened to me rather than trying to sell me a roofing system – I didn’t want this, as another builder had previously tried to do. Colin and his team carried out a great job on the roof and consequently ended up refurbishing our property Including Windows, doors, plastering, re laying the drive (Block Pave) and rear Patio and garden fencing. He and his guys were always tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day.

  Fantastic Job - we thoroughly recommend them!

  We had a small project of sorting out some pointing due to some dodgy mortar when the house was built and replacing some damaged bricks. Colin was brilliant - as an expert in his profession, he explained what needed doing, sourced the materials and quoted a fair price for the work. On the day Colin & Martin were brilliant, turned up early, were super efficient and did a fantastic job - we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their expertise!

  Rebuilt Garden Wall

  I highly recommend Bloor Building Services. Joey, Danny and Colin did a beautiful rebuild of a garden wall. They went above and beyond - doubling the thickness and removing trees/ roots. It's a quality job that looks great. Their communication, both with the team directly and through Sam, was excellent. I found them to be a reliable company who just made the process so easy.
