I initially asked Colin to quote to replace our garage roof which was leaking as the previous owners had a poor job carried out. Colin came to site and asked me what I would like and listened to me rather than trying to sell me a roofing system – I didn’t want this, as another builder had previously tried to do. Colin and his team carried out a great job on the roof and consequently ended up refurbishing our property Including Windows, doors, plastering, re laying the drive (Block Pave) and rear Patio and garden fencing. He and his guys were always tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day.

We had a small project of sorting out some pointing due to some dodgy mortar when the house was built and replacing some damaged bricks. Colin was brilliant - as an expert in his profession, he explained what needed doing, sourced the materials and quoted a fair price for the work. On the day Colin & Martin were brilliant, turned up early, were super efficient and did a fantastic job - we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their expertise!

I highly recommend Bloor Building Services. Joey, Danny and Colin did a beautiful rebuild of a garden wall. They went above and beyond - doubling the thickness and removing trees/ roots. It's a quality job that looks great. Their communication, both with the team directly and through Sam, was excellent. I found them to be a reliable company who just made the process so easy. Colin and team have done a great job of our media wall build which looks amazing, exactly what we had envisaged. They are very flexible, punctual, clean and respectful and clearly take pride in the standard of their work

Colin and his team made a made a great job of repairing our new home. There were a range of repairs needed to the roof and brickwork around the windows where new lintels were needed. All the work looks really good and they were very helpful throughout. Very importantly everything was done according to plan.
