  Kitchen leak- resolved fast, professionally and considerately

  I needed a plumber urgently and I was not disappointed by Zoria. He even came late on a Sunday evening. We agreed the price and timings beforehand. He didn’t increase costs, he was professional and identified the issue and provided a resolution quickly (I ordered the part and he came to replace it within the original quote). His work was tidy, fast and of quality. He was very polite and even took his outdoor footwear off, and cleaned up any mess. I would highly recommend this plumber. Best I’ve ever experienced in London.

  Mr Cardenas is most knowledgeable re his trade. I much appreciate also his swift availability & advice. He did assess the problems and took action on what the remedy could be. His assessment was right and the problem was resolved by him taking the time to buy only-available-to-professional products in a local hardware shop to resolve the plumbing issues the same day! His ongoing support is most valuable for my own home and buy-to-let he's fixed in the recent years.

  Toilet Seat and Bidet installation

  Zorie is amazing! This is the second time I've booked, his previous work on my sink has held up perfectly. This time, my toilet seat lid was broken and I was struggling to remove it, and then install a bidet attachment onto the toilet itself when replacing it. Zorie sent me a quote the same day and quickly booked the job. He had trouble replacing the toilet seat as it was fitted poorly, but we got there in the end. He needed different parts for the seat but the local shop was closed. Zorie returned 2 days later with the parts, secured the seat and installed the bidet. Great work as always.
