  Thorough and Professional

  Zorie's fantastic - he's done a lot of jobs at my home over the past few weeks, from installing an outdoor tap to fixing an old, slow flowing kitchen drain/pipe and installing a saniflo unit. Everything's working really well, he's fantastic at finding solutions and keeps you well updated throughout the process - thanks so much Zorie!

  Toilet water tank was leaking and flushing mechanism was t working

  This is the third time Zorie has helped us out. It was Friday evening when we discovered water tank was leaking & flush wouldn’t work. Zorie went to Soho (30 mins public transport) to collect the parts before plumbing shop closed. He repaired it that evening. We already had a house guest and another arriving that night so this was incredibly helpful. He’s always in a good mood and courteous and kind which is an added bonus!

  Zorie is great, I have used him twice now. Both jobs ended up proving more tricky than we expected but Zorie is a great problem solver and did everything it took to get the job done. He has a great positive energy and is really friendly. Work is completed to a good standard. Great communication and quick call out time. I highly recommend him.

  Kitchen leak- resolved fast, professionally and considerately

  I needed a plumber urgently and I was not disappointed by Zoria. He even came late on a Sunday evening. We agreed the price and timings beforehand. He didn’t increase costs, he was professional and identified the issue and provided a resolution quickly (I ordered the part and he came to replace it within the original quote). His work was tidy, fast and of quality. He was very polite and even took his outdoor footwear off, and cleaned up any mess. I would highly recommend this plumber. Best I’ve ever experienced in London.

  Fixing a problem with the water tank and pump

  Excellent service - managed to fix a problem 5 other plumbers hadn’t managed too for months! Friendly, quick and really knowledgeable. Can’t recommend highly enough.
