I am beyond happy with the excellent plumbing work that Zorie did for us. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and his communication was excellent throughout —I felt informed and involved at every stage of the work. We had several issues that previous plumbers have failed to fix correctly. Zorie didn’t just repair the faults; he took the time to properly diagnose the root causes and made sure everything was fully resolved (shower leak and damaged tiles, bathtub pipe leak, faulty shower pump and running toilets). We finally have peace of mind in our home thanks to Zorie. I wouldn’t hesitate

Zorie's fantastic - he's done a lot of jobs at my home over the past few weeks, from installing an outdoor tap to fixing an old, slow flowing kitchen drain/pipe and installing a saniflo unit. This is the third time Zorie has helped us out. It was Friday evening when we discovered water tank was leaking & flush wouldn’t work. Zorie went to Soho (30 mins public transport) to collect the parts before plumbing shop closed. He repaired it that evening. We already had a house guest and another arriving that night so this was incredibly helpful. He’s always in a good mood and courteous and kind which is an added bonus!

Zorie is great, I have used him twice now. Both jobs ended up proving more tricky than we expected but Zorie is a great problem solver and did everything it took to get the job done. He has a great positive energy and is really friendly. Work is completed to a good standard. Great communication and quick call out time. I highly recommend him.
