10 Excellent service over 30+ years

Routine service carried out, battery changed. Full test of system. Engineer has been to us before and is always polite and respectful. We have been customers of Blitz Security Group for over 30 years and have always had excellent service. I selected Blitz security group after reviewing a myriad of different alarm system providers and so glad I selected them. I have been impressed with their end to end service - from installation to operation to annual reviews at a good value price. The visit today was a check of my home alarm system. Everything went smoothly and the engineer was very professional and efficient. I wish I had known of Blitz security years ago! I rang Blitz because of a possible malfunction of the alarm. As we were due to leave on holiday at the w/e I was anxious fot someone to come out and check the system over. Someone came out the same day and all was resolved.
