I have been using Blitz security for thirty four years and have always had exceptional service. They are punctual, personable and have respect for my property. They attend in a timely manner for emergency call-outs. I like that Blitz retain their staff so you will always be attended to by people I know.

Our security system needed new batteries….Jack made sure everything was safe via the phone call I had with him and then came within a couple of days to change the batteries and check everything was ok. It was the Easter weekend and our problem was not critical so we were not expecting him to come immediately. It was so good to be able to speak with Jack initially to make sure our system was ok…..always someone available after hours.

Telephoned the office to report fault, came to repair within 2 days. Very efficient, conscientious engineer. Excellent service!

Blitz are always a pleasure to deal with...

It was straightforward to explain - my system was not working and I was not sure why. They explained over the telephone, followed by a visit and the replacement of one of the batteries, which took no time at all, and the system then worked perfectly.
