As always, the Blitz representative was courteous, polite and professional. He completed the inspection efficiently and was able to answer all of my questions.

Jack came today for the annual check up of our alarm system. He is very thorough and helpful. He carried out all the checks, changed a battery that needed doing.

Blitz Security are a fabulous local company who provide attentive service. Chris was the Technician who took care of this maintenance visit inquiring as to any issues or problems or anything that we needed looking at. The system has performed well, so no issues there. The system was fully checked, including the Event Log and configuration checked. Chris checked the time clock on the system and that the App was working correctly to our mobile phones.

I am so impressed with how Blitz Security handled all communication with me and the issues with my home alarm system. Everything was dealt with professionally, clearly and calmly. The engineer, Craig, who was assigned to the job was very respectful of my property, really knowledgeable, polite and pleasant to deal with. The whole experience was a 10/10 from me.
