We have been using Blitz for over 10 years now and have always been really impressed with the work they carry out and the level of customer service provided. They were recommended to me by a family friend who works in the industry, albeit too far away to assist us, and we haven't been disappointed. Would recommend.

An alarm sounded unexpectedly a few days before the engineer called after I had phoned for help. After a while on the phone it became apparent that the alarm bell had sounded in my old system installed in 1999 and we agreed that I needed to have it fixed so the call was arranged. After trying various things, it became apparent that it was caused by a flat battery in one of sensors. I agreed it was best to remove that sensor from the system. The engineer was very helpful to me and determined to find the fault and put it right to prevent a re-occurrence.

Blitz came and did their annual maintenance on our alarm system which included changing some batteries. The notification from Blitz, the making of the appointment and the timely visit itself was all seamless and well organised.
