Conrad has been a star. We needed an emergency carpet clean at rental property. Paint had been spilt on the carpet and we had viewings lined up with potential new tenants. Conrad accepted the job knowing it might prove difficult - he knew we were desperate, he didn't try to cash in on our desperation and only charged us slightly extra for the added work and done a fantastic job. Quick and easy service from getting a quote to arranging a date. Very competitive price. Conroy sent a reminder the day before the visit which is good for peace of mind. He arrived promptly and got on with the job efficiently. My rug and carpets have come up lovely including some marks that I wasn't sure would go. Thanks very much.
