Conrad has been a star. We needed an emergency carpet clean at rental property. Paint had been spilt on the carpet and we had viewings lined up with potential new tenants. Conrad accepted the job knowing it might prove difficult - he knew we were desperate, he didn't try to cash in on our desperation and only charged us slightly extra for the added work and done a fantastic job. Kept in contact throughout the process. Would highly recommend
