  Excellent service. Arrived promptly at the time agreed. Came with all the tools needed as well as different sizes of pipe so that the replacement job was quick and organised. Polite, friendly and cleaned up too 😁 I highly recommend Black Lotus - top service.

  Black Lotus Plumbing and Electrical were fantastic to work with. Communication was great from start to finish, and he turned up exactly when he said he would. He made sure the job was completed properly and was happy to take on additional work when asked. The price was very reasonable, and we’re really pleased with the result. We’ll definitely be using him again for future jobs — highly recommended!
