Black Lotus did a superb job for us. Menard is a very clear communicator and was easy to speak to and plan with. His pricing was clear and he took the time to explain what needed doing (which for two novices, was very much appreciated!). His work was of a really good quality, and what mess he did make, he was very diligent in cleaning up. He worked hard and his follow up communications with us were clear and easy to understand. We highly recommend this company and would happily have them back for any future works.
