  Light fittings in kitchen

  Fitting a new fuse box and a bathroom light

  Brian was very fast to respond and came round the next morning and diagnosed the problem. He fitted a new fuse box and a bathroom light, in a short space of time. He was very professional, methodical and helpful. The cost was very reasonable too and I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

  Brian contacted me very quickly and visited the property shortly after. He is really nice to deal with and very knowledgeable. He performed the test as required and has given thorough recommendations of areas that need attention. I would highly recommend Brian and will be using him again in the future.

  Replacement of Cooker point which failed on 22 December

  I have used B Kirk Electrical previously, so I was aware of the promptness and work quality of Brian Kirk. The cooker point failed 22 Dec and as with my previous experience there was the usual prompt response and new cooker point fixed. So we had a working cooker available for Christmas. Thanks for your promptness, practical approach, and competitive price. I would have no hesitation in using B K Electrical again, and would highly recommend him

  Faulty light fitting

  I contacted Mr Brian Kirk concerning a faulty light switch at my father's property. When I spoke to Mr kirk I explained that my 83 Yr old father had contacted me concerning his light switch. Mr Kirk said that he could come out and bring a new fitting and replace it. When he arrived he told my father that it was probably a light bulb. He did not even check the light switch. He charged my father £50 to change the bulb. This morning the light switch again did not work. Instead my father took off the switch and found 2 loose wires which he has now had to repaired himself.

  Tidiness - 2 I am clean and tidy. Discussed the problem to find a fault. How can this be untidy? Reliability - 2 I attended within 3 hours the same day. Workmanship. 2 You can’t correct a fault if it does not show itself. I tried various lamps, multiple switching on the flex and both sockets to no avail. I always leave all clients with ” If the problem persists to ring me and I will return to rectify it”. No contact has been made with me at all.
