Tidiness - 2 I am clean and tidy. Discussed the problem to find a fault. How can this be untidy? Reliability - 2 I attended within 3 hours the same day. Workmanship. 2 You can’t correct a fault if it does not show itself. I tried various lamps, multiple switching on the flex and both sockets to no avail. I always leave all clients with ” If the problem persists to ring me and I will return to rectify it”. No contact has been made with me at all.
