I contacted Mr Brian Kirk concerning a faulty light switch at my father's property. When I spoke to Mr kirk I explained that my 83 Yr old father had contacted me concerning his light switch. Mr Kirk said that he could come out and bring a new fitting and replace it. When he arrived he told my father that it was probably a light bulb. He did not even check the light switch. He charged my father £50 to change the bulb. This morning the light switch again did not work. Instead my father took off the switch and found 2 loose wires which he has now had to repaired himself.

Tidiness - 2 I am clean and tidy. Discussed the problem to find a fault. How can this be untidy?
Reliability - 2 I attended within 3 hours the same day.
Workmanship. 2 You can’t correct a fault if it does not show itself. I tried various lamps, multiple switching on the flex and both sockets to no avail. I always leave all clients with ” If the problem persists to ring me and I will return to rectify it”. No contact has been made with me at all.
