Good quality repairs carried out by Graham at Birling Property Services, repair of damaged to electrical sockets, poor chasing of walls and replacement of missing skirting board all done to a high standard. When this hinge collapsed leaving a cupboard hanging from the other I wondered if I could fix it. No luck. Clearly more complicated than just doing that. Property Services responded to my general Checkatrade call out. At Graham (the Proprietor's ) I sent a picture of the problem including parts fallen off and added one of an unbroken hinge. He gave me a quote soon afterwards, came round the next day and replaced the whole fastening for a reasonable call out charge. Very courteous, business like and helpful and I would recommend him.
