  Trustworthy, reliable and excellent workmanship

  Over the past few years, Graham has completed many jobs for me, including installing curtain rails, patching a wall, and fixing windows and doors that stick or do not open properly. He is completely trustworthy and can be relied upon to give an honest assessment of what work is actually needed. He never undertakes unnecessary jobs, does not overcharge, and always delivers work of an excellent standard. Everything is left neat and tidy, and I would not hesitate to recommend Birling Property Services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional tradesman.

  Wow, from start to finish what an absolute pleasure to work with Graham was. He answered calls quickly, was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. He arranged a time to quote with our tenant, called with his findings and options for us. The work was done very quickly and super efficiently. The quote was competitive too. Thank you so much

  Making good / electrical socket repairs

  Good quality repairs carried out by Graham at Birling Property Services, repair of damaged to electrical sockets, poor chasing of walls and replacement of missing skirting board all done to a high standard. Graham was a pleasure to have at the house and really considerate of our dog!
