Electrical Repairs carried out. Really pleased with the work done.

Graham helped me find the simplest options for the repair, provided what turned out to be very good advice, and did the repair promptly and punctually to a really high standard.

Good quality repairs carried out by Graham at Birling Property Services, repair of damaged to electrical sockets, poor chasing of walls and replacement of missing skirting board all done to a high standard. Graham was a pleasure to have at the house and really considerate of our dog!

Graham was excellent at communicating work that needed to be done and although came across a few unexpected issues which took longer there was no extra charge. Great service and job well done. Will definitely use again in future.

When this hinge collapsed leaving a cupboard hanging from the other I wondered if I could fix it. No luck. Clearly more complicated than just doing that. Property Services responded to my general Checkatrade call out. At Graham (the Proprietor's ) I sent a picture of the problem including parts fallen off and added one of an unbroken hinge. He gave me a quote soon afterwards, came round the next day and replaced the whole fastening for a reasonable call out charge. Very courteous, business like and helpful and I would recommend him. Would be happy to use him again.

Birling property services replied to my enquiry online to fit a very unusual and non straight forward door bell to our property. From start to finish the communication from Birling property services was excellent, ensuring the job could be completed in a timely fashion with the required fittings. Graham arrived on time as promised and was informative communicative and friendly from the start making us aware of what was needed to carry out the job in hand. Excellent work from start to finish and will be recommending to everyone for an extremely efficient and reliable company. Great work !
