I don't think I've met a friendlier more helpful tradesperson. After my initial call Birchwood services (Liam) was here within 30 minutes to fix a burst water pipe. Liam didn't even charge me for some of the parts he fitted! He gave some very good advice about how to avoid the problem in the future.
