Easy to communicate with , straight to the point, efficient and orientated around the job, extremely tidy and honestly very happy with the results!

Liam was extremely responsive, he came home within minutes from the first time I rang him. Job done in a few minutes, easy to pay by card, really a seamless experience.

I don't think I've met a friendlier more helpful tradesperson. After my initial call Birchwood services (Liam) was here within 30 minutes to fix a burst water pipe. Liam didn't even charge me for some of the parts he fitted! He gave some very good advice about how to avoid the problem in the future. He even identified the root cause of a long outstanding issue with regard to water not being available to another area of the building.

Looks great. Liam had some useful suggestions about materials and is easy to work with. Would definitely ask h8m to do any future work

Plumber came same day. Good communication and quick repair. Great job and toilet continues to function well. Very happy with the service!

Liam came at very short notice, and quickly replaced the leaking rubber pipe sealing ring. Made sure leak had stopped and left everything clean and tidy.
