We decided to look for experts to diagnose and treat a suspected wood worm infestation after the issue was raised in our surveyor's report. I contacted over ten companies; some did not reply, others gave quotes without looking at the problem area, but Biocraft was a clear winner. Their communication was polite and their professionalism and specialist knowledge stood out. Clint provided us with a comprehensive report, detailing his recommendations, and Lauretta helped us to arrange the necessary works to be carried out by friendly and knowledgeable team members. Biocraft completed the work to a high standard and made sure all loose ends were tied up before project was completed. There were some surprises behind the old plasterboard but I was kept well informed of progress and revised changes, and all adjustments seemed fair. They know their stuff and we're able to offer some innovative ideas to awkward problems which was invaluable. Would highly recommend for delivering professional building services.
