  Waiting for ages to get this done by a different company. Biocraft come out and knew exactly what to do! Made the fixes so no more water leaked in my kitchen chipped the wall back and re plastered! Very efficient, great with updates and keeping you in the loop of works and even checking in on how the plastering was drying! Amazing few guys that come out and worked and completed the job to a high standard very friendly! Amazing work very pleased thank you everyone at Biocraft!

  First class service from start to finish

  Biocraft were employed to find and resolve a damp problem in the house. Their communication on booking the initial inspection and various work dates was excellent. The initial treatment and plastering work undertaken by their employee Jason was very professionally done and he was polite, helpful and tidy. The follow-up decorating and external wall work was carried out by their employee Patrick Kelly. He has done an excellent decorating job and was again very polite, helpful and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend Biocraft for the quality of their staff skills and work from start to finish.

  Lee from biocraft has been to do repair work at my flat. He done an outstanding job, he made sure everything was done to a high standard and got it sorted as quick as possible. He was always very nice and polite, and always tried to make it comfortable for my little boy. Honestly couldn't thank him enough for his work and how he handled the whole situation. Thankyou so much Lee 👏

  Dan & I had a week's worth of work carried out by Biocraft after a survey to assess the damp issues in our house. The survey was succinct, to the point, accurate with action points and a speedy quote to follow. Work commenced very quickly and Jamie and Kane excelled in a week's work. Polite, professional and dedicated, I have no hesitation in recommending them. It was stress free, very messy (the clean up each day was A+) and they were very professional. I would happily employ them again for any work needed, they are a credit to your company - well done guys.
