    I am writing in to say how pleased i am with the work carried out at my sisters at 21 Elizabeth Road in Basingstoke, the work that the trades men done on the kitchen and bedroom due to water damage, and the finish of the work was very good, and as i have been in the trade for sixty od years i can appreciate the workmanship, Peter Millar,,

    I cannot recommend Bio Craft Workers highly enough. Kenny (the chippy) and Harvey (the sparky) have both been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their workmanship is outstanding, with incredible attention to detail and a real pride in what they do. They were professional, reliable, friendly, and always happy to answer any questions throughout the job. They arrived on time, kept everything clean and tidy, and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard.

    We had rising damp in our dining room, biocraft southeast did a great job. They even cleaned the kitchen which had become covered in dust,even though they sheeted it off, going as far as taking china off a shelf and dusting it all. Jamie and Jo the chaps doing the job were friendly and polite at all times went beyond what they needed to do in arranging for the firm to decorate my room once all the plaster is dry. I can’t speak highly enough about their work and attitude, always on time and cheerful with it.

    Bathroom plastering and decorating

    I’m absolutely over the moon with the work Biocraft carried out in my bathroom! After quickly identifying the leak above my ceiling, they repaired it, removed the damaged plasterboard, installed new plasterboard, plastered the entire ceiling and finished everything off with decorating. The team were professional, polite, and incredibly tidy, leaving the bathroom spotless when they finished. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Excellent job! 👌🏻

    Leak survey

    I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the service provided by Biocraft. I had an ongoing leak above my bathroom ceiling, which caused significant damage to the plasterboard. Damien came out to carry out a leak survey, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional throughout, wore protective shoe covers, quickly identified the source of the leak, and clearly explained the issue and the next steps needed to repair it. Biocraft provides an excellent, professional service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

    Neat job, tidy and professional

    We are very pleased with the damp repair work Biocraft have completed for us. We had damp on an internal kitchen wall (due to having no damp course - we live in an old cottage). The team put plastic sheeting and floor protection down before starting, to ensure our kitchen didn't get covered in dust. They kept the noise to a minimum and were tidy and polite. They removed all rubbish at the end of the job and were professional throughout. Jamie who did the main plastering part has done a great job. we would definitely recommend Biocraft
