I can't say enough good things about the service we recieved from biocraft. From the survey, the communication to the work that's taken place, they have been wonderful. Pat and Liam went above and beyond, completing work way beyond the standard we expected and including their colleague,whose name I didn't catch, were super polite ,considerate and efficient. I would 100% recommend.

Both tradesmen ie.par&liam arrived on time and made first class job. Work was very well done .and they left site as they found it very tidy

Great service throughout. Clear and friendly advice given with no hard sell for potential solutions which I liked. The work was done on time and professionally by two of the tidiest guys doing a messy job of stripping old plaster, damp proofing and plastering. When we extended the scope of the the work they easily accommodated this. We were worried about having work done on the damp 9having read horror stories from other companies) but Biocraft have delivered a great service. I've no hesitation in recommending them and have called them back to do additional work in our loft now. 1st class job!

Pat from Biocraft did an excellent job ,went above and beyond to deliver fantastic paint job of chimneybreast and fireplace which had suffered from many leaks ,had been replastered by Biocraft ,and Pat did a fab job , highly recommended !

From intial survey from the lovely guy Steve, to the lovely guy Pat, then the electricians,this is a professional company, all worked hard, did a fantastic job. Steve and Pat were so good, being polite, precise, helpful and professional. All the staff cleared up so well after themselves. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, if you want quality workmanship. Biocraft were great from start to finish. We had a damp and mould problem which we had tried to fix several times - but we got a thorough survey from Steve at Biocraft, and he gave us lots of sound advice and explained his findings. The quote for the work was reasonable and the damp and mould cleaning works were carried out to a high level. We had new extract fans fitted, and the damp and mould problems have not returned. We are really pleased with the work and service from biocraft.
