Dan & I had a week's worth of work carried out by Biocraft after a survey to assess the damp issues in our house. The survey was succinct, to the point, accurate with action points and a speedy quote to follow. Work commenced very quickly and Jamie and Kane excelled in a week's work. Polite, professional and dedicated, I have no hesitation in recommending them. It was stress free, very messy (the clean up each day was A+) and they were very professional. I would happily employ them again for any work needed, they are a credit to your company - well done guys.

Had a damp survey done by Biocraft last week and it was a great experience. I'd previously gotten one done by a different company - but wanted a second opinion. Our surveyor - Steven Long - was friendly and able to answer all of our questions. His investigation was actually more thorough than our previous one (which had invented problems that weren't there) - and he was able to walk us through the solutions that Biocraft could offer; I'm new to homeownership and greatly appreciated Steven's patience.

Fantastic, no fuss experience. Two chaps turned up bright and early, polite and worked hard all day with a perfect end result.

Biocraft staff was super professional and efficient in identifying and resolving fault in ventilation system that came with house. The staff installed and explained new system components and operation and new system has been working very well since.

Biocraft did a good professional job. They were punctual and thorough. They did not cut corners. It was a 2 day job relating to damp. It was dusty work and they took a lot of trouble to minimise dust and clean up after the job. The nature of the work was such that other works were needed first. And so Biocraft had to issue a revised quotation. I was a bit disappointed by how much the cost had increased. But they explained it reflected their own costs. That aside I was very happy with the work and I have no complaints. I would use them again.
