    Neat job, tidy and professional

    We are very pleased with the damp repair work Biocraft have completed for us. We had damp on an internal kitchen wall (due to having no damp course - we live in an old cottage). The team put plastic sheeting and floor protection down before starting, to ensure our kitchen didn't get covered in dust. They kept the noise to a minimum and were tidy and polite. They removed all rubbish at the end of the job and were professional throughout. Jamie who did the main plastering part has done a great job. we would definitely recommend Biocraft

    Lee and Liam replaced all insulation in my loft, treated all mould in the house and put a stud screen in my bathroom they were, professional and friendly and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Very happy and would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

    Highly Recommended for MEV and Ventilation Systems

    Jordon attended my rental property to investigate a condensation and ventilation issue in a modern apartment. He was professional, punctual and thorough throughout. Rather than simply recommending replacement parts, he carried out a full inspection of the MEV system, measured airflow rates at each extract point, identified that the system had been incorrectly configured at a very low setting, and then cleaned, adjusted and recommissioned the installation. Communication was excellent from initial enquiry through to completion.

    Thorough and knowledgeable

    Very happy with the service from Jordon and the team at Biocraft. I arranged the work while overseas and they dealt directly with my tenant to organise access, which made things really easy. I had quite a few questions along the way and Jordon was really knowledgeable and helpful, which I really appreciated. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly and got the system working properly again with a massive improvement in airflow. Professional, straightforward and easy to deal with. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
