An extremely efficient and friendly business to deal with from first visit to provide a quote, right through to the fitting of the windows. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of the timescales. All emails we sent with any queries we had were replied to promptly & efficiently. We know Biggerstaff Windows is a family business & it shows in the service they give to their customers. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable & extremely friendly. There was no hard sell. From placing order to installation exemplary service. Communication was good so when there were a couple of unexpected issues that arose they were quickly resolved.
