  New Patio Doors and 2 new windows

  Biggerstaff installed most of our windows and doors 20 years ago when we had major building extension works. 20 years later we asked them back to replace the couple of units they hadn't replaced back then, being our patio doors and 2 window frames. They also replaced a couple of 'blown' sealed glass units that had finally misted up after 20 years. Their service was exemplary, the quality first class and i cant speak highly enough of the install team who made sure that their works were carried out with the minimum of inconvenience, and leaving no mess. Highly recommended, and i regularly do so!

  Replace patio doors & a bedroom tilt & turn window

  An extremely efficient and friendly business to deal with from first visit to provide a quote, right through to the fitting of the windows. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of the timescales. All emails we sent with any queries we had were replied to promptly & efficiently. We know Biggerstaff Windows is a family business & it shows in the service they give to their customers. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable & extremely friendly. There was no hard sell. They know they have good quality products.

  Fitted new windows

  This is the second time we have used Biggerstaff, and we would recommend them without hesitation. Craig and the team were friendly, professional, and very skilled in their work. Their seamless service exceeded my expectations from the initial consultation to the final installation.

  Replacing 15 timber windows with uPVC on a detached house

  From placing order to installation exemplary service. Communication was good so when there were a couple of unexpected issues that arose they were quickly resolved. Installers were very careful and conscientious. Would definitely use again.
