Biggerstaff came and did a lovely job. On time and with no mess. I am really pleased with the new front door.

Sales team came quickly and thoroughly explained process. Cost was well explained, easy to understand and very competitive and all contact was prompt and detailed. Installation date was within 2 months and I was updated regularly with timings. Installation team were nice, friendly efficient and tidy. Process to fit nearly all windows in house was very efficient and speedy. We are delighted with our new doors and windows which look fantastic! Highly recommend Biggerstaff.

Biggerstaff installed most of our windows and doors 20 years ago when we had major building extension works. 20 years later we asked them back to replace the couple of units they hadn't replaced back then, being our patio doors and 2 window frames. They also replaced a couple of 'blown' sealed glass units that had finally misted up after 20 years. Their service was exemplary, the quality first class and i cant speak highly enough of the install team who made sure that their works were carried out with the minimum of inconvenience, and leaving no mess. Highly recommended, and i regularly do so!

An extremely efficient and friendly business to deal with from first visit to provide a quote, right through to the fitting of the windows. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of the timescales. All emails we sent with any queries we had were replied to promptly & efficiently. We know Biggerstaff Windows is a family business & it shows in the service they give to their customers. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable & extremely friendly. There was no hard sell. They know they have good quality products.
