We got in touch with BIC for a replacement fence panel late last week. Straight after the weekend, John got in touch with us to organise getting the work done. We already had the panel measurements ready, all they needed was some photographs sending over. On Monday, we sent the photos over and that’s all they needed! They organised a couple of guys to come round Tuesday afternoon and fit it within 30 minutes. The team were very friendly and respectful of the garden/house and left everything spotless. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

We experienced some on site problems but the company was quick to respond and resolve to the point that the work was completed to a very satisfactory standard

Needed chipboard relaying on kitchen floor prior to putting down LVT. BIC were professional and sorted the job on time and to a good standard.

We were contacted by BIC after posting the job we needed doing on a trade website. They gave me a good quote, which they stuck, and had excellent communication and planning throughout. Connor from BIC turned up on time, was very friendly and just cracked on with the work. He was really nice and the guy working with him even made us a free chopping board from the surplus whilst Connor was sanding. Would 100% use again- most reliable and friendly company I’ve used so far.

Workmen arrived to do 2 internal mitre cuts, 1 sink/hob cut. They told me they were off to buy glue and colour filler. I took the chance to go take a look at the work. They had badly cut 2 biscuit butt joints leaving large gaps in the worktop. The overhand varied 20mm to 31mm, couldn't see the door handles! I told them to stop work as I wasn't happy. Had to chase the promise of a callback from the owner who then promised a further callback with joiner that yet again never came. Now we are being ghosted. I've asked for a £396 refund for costs before I take legal action.
