  Our automatic gates failed shut and created inconvenience to us and others.

  They understood the issue and initially tried to support us remotely to release the gate until they were able to get to us. They promptly arrived, identified and rectified the gate so it was back working.

  New Burglar Alarm Installation

  Brilliant service from this supplier. Excellent communication throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with Alan's personal approach and quality of workmanship and overall cost. I didn't have to wait long for the work to be carried out and Alan and his colleague arrived bang on time, were polite and courteous and respected my home. They are coming back to fit an additional sensor and make a few tweaks for me to the system. Overall very happy and would highly recommend Alan and his company.

  Updating our old alarm system

  An excellent service. Updating my old alarm system so it now works via WiFi and I can control it via the app. Alan was polite, efficient and very pleasant to have in our home. He was very tidy and cleared up after. Very happy.

  Door entry and intercom not working

  Absolutely unbelievable - Alan was the last and final try to get the existing system after 4 others - they either said a new system was needed or were just a body shop of engineers where the umbrella company took no responsibility / had no idea Alan got everything working and was an expert - highly recommended
