My alarm system needed an update in order to comply with insurer’s regulations. I asked for recommendations from my neighbours and Bickley Fire & Security Specialists were recommended. I contacted Alan and he came around to see what was required. He sourced a panel that was the same dimensions as the old one so there was minimal disruption to my decor and completed the work in an efficient manner. I was very happy with his work and would highly recommend.

They understood the issue and initially tried to support us remotely to release the gate until they were able to get to us. They promptly arrived, identified and rectified the gate so it was back working.

Brilliant service from this supplier. Excellent communication throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with Alan's personal approach and quality of workmanship and overall cost. I didn't have to wait long for the work to be carried out and Alan and his colleague arrived bang on time, were polite and courteous and respected my home. They are coming back to fit an additional sensor and make a few tweaks for me to the system. Overall very happy and would highly recommend Alan and his company.
