    Can’t rate James enough, such a lovely person, got to me when he said he would, carried out the work with efficiency, left everything clean and tidy and was really helpful with any questions I had, would definitely recommend him.

    Excellent communication from James. Arrived on time. Very pleasant and informative chap. explained well what work was being carried out, very knowledgable about the Worcester Combi Boiler. Will definately be using BG Plumbing services again and would highly recomend James (BG Plumbing) to friends and family.

    combi boiler installation

    I cannot rate James highly enough. His workmanship is second to none, neat & tidy and he is very fastidious about his work. He is honest and really knowledgeable. he arrived in time & even stayed really late for 2 nights in a row. He even cleans & vacuums after himself. I am so impressed with his workmanship and love my new combi boiler.

    Gas boiler service

    10/10 Absolutely Spot On James came over today for the boiler service and honestly, from day one the communication has been brilliant, quick replies, clear updates, all through the Checkatrade app. What really stood out is that he’s the first gas engineer who actually took the time to explain everything step by step: what he was checking, why, and how the boiler is performing in terms of safety. He was super respectful of the house, really careful with the environment he was working in. We’ll definitely stick with James for regular services and any other work we need in the house.
