Appointment made for quotation. Waited in, no one came and did not receive a call. So 45 minutes after allotted appointment, I contacted them through the App. Kelly said had put appt against wrong date. Asked if the Kelly could get back to me to rearrange. Waited all day no response. Not the most auspicious of starts and cannot recommend on this basis. A complete waste of my time and effort. Hi Angela, I was surprised when I noticed you left a negative review as I contacted you within the hour to say that there had been a mistake on my part and I apologised and asked if we could rearrange for another time to suite you but got no response.

Job location: DE15Being an owner abroad and being unable to meet face to face made selecting a tradesperson a little difficult. Ben and Kelly of BG Building Services made it simple friendly and easy. There communication was excellent and Ben's use of photo's and videos almost daily really helped. The tennant was also extremely please with the experience and how the work was carried out. Thanks and for sure we will sue you again when needed. Jon10 Roof felt replacement
