Superb workmanship. Brilliant communication and explained everything along the way. Clean and tidy every day. Polite and punctual. No radio music all day long. I cannot recommend these highly enough

Ben and mate did a good job and as we agreed. Good service provided. Efficient and friendly.

Appointment made for quotation. Waited in, no one came and did not receive a call. So 45 minutes after allotted appointment, I contacted them through the App. Kelly said had put appt against wrong date. Asked if the Kelly could get back to me to rearrange. Waited all day no response. Not the most auspicious of starts and cannot recommend on this basis. A complete waste of my time and effort. Mistakes happen but then not to communicate with me…save yourself the time and bother. Look elsewhere. I shall.

Being an owner abroad and being unable to meet face to face made selecting a tradesperson a little difficult. Ben and Kelly of BG Building Services made it simple friendly and easy. There communication was excellent and Ben's use of photo's and videos almost daily really helped. The tennant was also extremely please with the experience and how the work was carried out. Thanks and for sure we will sue you again when needed. Jon
