  Full roof replacement.

  I have been really pleased with the work carried out by BFR roofing. They contacted me after a I put the job on Check a Trade, and their communication and updates have been swift since. After I agreed the quote Ashley came for a pre-work meet and answered any questions we had. He also pointed out small bits of work or idea that needed addressing that I had not noticed, such as what colour cladding I wanted, this was very helpful for someone who had not needed a new roof before. The team that came out to do the work were helpful and polite. Of note Mark, Timmy and Gregg were all great.

  I only wanted the gutter leak repairing but Ashley convinced me that if I had the felt under the tile and the side leading replaced and the tiles on the join in the roof re-concreted and the gutters replaced it would fix the issue. They did all this which cost £3.5k, the gutter still leaks in exactly the same place. Give him his due Ashley's team came out twice to try and fix it, but then said it was because the gutters were all full, I got them and the downpipes cleared out and the problem still persists. Ashley now ignores my messages, depsite having a 10 year guarantee.

  Replace fascias, soffits and guttering

  BFR Roofing replaced all my soffits, fascias and guttering. They left my old and tatty roofline looking like new and I am very pleased with their work. They were polite and friendly, and Lyanne in the office was prompt and helpful in booking in the job and getting answers to my questions.

  Ashley was the first of the trades I contacted to reply, visit and quote. I was impressed by his honest and refreshing approach. Other trades insisted on including expensive and frankly unnecessary scaffolding. Ashley’s guys were up and down ladders all day. No problem. I found the work to be carried out without any major fuss or delay. The workmen were punctual, cleaned up every day and put in a shift. The work was completed to my satisfaction and Ashley paid a courteous snagging visit before requiring final payment. Highly recommend

  They was brilliant from start to finish. I was taken for a ride and completely ripped off from last trader I had work on my roof. Ashley and his crew were exceptionally professional at all times throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.
