  We are very pleased with the quality of the work carried out. It was completed on time in just under two weeks from start to finish, which is impressive for such a large job. Communication was excellent and all the guys who came on site were very polite and left our place clean and tidy when they had finished. Ashley was great at organising everything and Luke kept us updated on a daily basis.

  Excellent communication from start to finish from Ashley and Lyanne. Harry and Reece carried out the work and for the first time with a builder, I could not fault any of their work or professionalism. Thank you so much guys.

  From start to finish, BFR provided high quality professional services without fault. BFR provided advice, options and services for all roofing works. The management , work force and admin employees provided excellent services being very polite, thorough, high quality and professional execution. BFR is now my roofing company of choice for any future works. There are many rogue roofers in the market place but BFR is definitely not one of them. I am happy to provide my professional qualifications as an engineer BSc. C.Eng, MIMechE (retired) in endorsement of the services provided by BFR.

  Replacement Chimney Flashing

  Competitive prices and high quality work. I have never experienced such great communication from a firm before. Emails were always answered within 15 minutes, the initial assessment was completed by Ashley who happily took the time to explain the job but also payment, next steps etc. The roofers who came to do the work were friendly, polite and professional. There was absolutely no disruption to home life and they even kept the noise to a minimum. Can't recommend BFR enough.

  Ashley was great and came round looked at the work, gave me a verbal quote and within 3 hours I received a written quote. This was accepted and work booked in for a week later. The team did such a good job and the roof looks so much better now.
