We felt we could trust Ashley and his team to do a good job replacing our roof. He reassured us that they would keep us updated on a WhatsApp group and that we could inspect the completed job after being let down in the past. He said the roof would be insured but is confident that it will last many years to come. Job location: RG21BFR Roofing were really quick, efficient. The team were helpful, polite and kept out of the way. BFR organised for delivery of the skip, tiles and scaffolding build, which all happened within 2 days! They took down one of our chimneys and then tiled over the top, replacing all other tiles with new ones (with new battons & roofing felt) and sorted out the other joint chimney with our neighbours too.9.67 Thorough, keep their word, do what they commit to

BFR had the most thorough, detailed scope of work of the 3 proposals I took, which gabe an edge alteady. The team onsite were friendly, worked efficiently and Ashley the manager checked in with me daily. No hastling, bargaining - listened and got the job done as described, on time.
