BFR were clear from the outset, talked through all potential options and dealt with issues that arose from having a 60s roof. All workers very polite, punctual and took into account our family needs with the timing of work. Clear lines of communication were set up so that everyone on the project knew what was happening.

This person is not at all reliable. I called him and scheduled an appointment with him twice, my tenant had to move things to accommodate his time and twice he didn’t show up. Unacceptable

We had to unexpectedly install two vents for extractor fans through our roof while the kitchen was installed. We had one day to do this and BFR accommodated our timeline and did a great job, would thoroughly recommend

The roofing work itself was completed to a good standard and I’m happy with the final result. However, the experience dealing with the staff was disappointing. Communication was unprofessional at times, and some of the workers came across as rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, the owner/manager was also very forward in the way they spoke and handled interactions, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. It’s a shame because the quality of the roofing work was solid, but customer service and professionalism really need improving.

We felt we could trust Ashley and his team to do a good job replacing our roof. He reassured us that they would keep us updated on a WhatsApp group and that we could inspect the completed job after being let down in the past. He said the roof would be insured but is confident that it will last many years to come. The team were polite and tidy as well as reliable.
