Job location: GU12We required an urgent survey to establish mains sewer connection as part of a house move. Alex responded in minutes, the survey was completed within 48 hours on Friday and we had received the report by Monday lunchtime. Had the men to come out to unblock our drain as had serious problems with toilet and bathroom. After they had finished the job showed me on the camera where the problem was and how clean the pipes are now. Alex from Better Drains is the first person we call when we have a drainage related issue at one of our jobs. Within 24-48 hours he will have carried out a survey to find the faults, provide a quotation to resolve the issue & have the work booked in for repairs. Alex & his team are clean, tidy & punctual. From start to finish he will explain every step of the way allowing ourselves & our customers reassurance on where the issue is & how it will be resolved.
