9.33 House refurbishment and new build end of terrace

Job location: EX5Better build completed a refurbishment of a run down end of terrace house and extension to create a new build house for me. Simon project managed the job, employing 3 of his own team for the building work and other sub-contractors for plastering, plumbing and electrical. Simon was good at communicating any changes that occurred and made savings where possible to ensure that the project was completed on budget. All works were completed to a high standard and I would highly recommend Better build for any building works.- KKate A
10 Demolish a garage and build an extension

Simon came and gave us a quote.. He gave us a competitve quote and clearly understood the complex extention plans and made sure we fully understoos what needed to be done. Job location: EX55*! Great genuine team, you wouldn't even know they were in your garden - quiet & hard working. Get the job done within the time frame set. Very clear about costings, and thorough about explaining everything. We are super happy with our new patio!10 2 storey extension
