Simon came and gave us a quote.. He gave us a competitve quote and clearly understood the complex extention plans and made sure we fully understoos what needed to be done. We decided to use a different builder on this occasion but I would still highly recommend Better Build and will be contacting him for further work that needs doing

5*! Great genuine team, you wouldn't even know they were in your garden - quiet & hard working. Get the job done within the time frame set. Very clear about costings, and thorough about explaining everything. We are super happy with our new patio!

Very pleased with the result of the work carried out. Simon project managed his team of three, who completed the construction work, as well as other trades persons to complete the project--who we were also impressed with. We appreciated Simon's customer care: he always returned calls and helped solve any problems straight away. The quoted price for the extension was fair and reasonable; any extra costs were highlighted and discussed. Whilst delays/problems/unforeseen costs can occur in any project, we always felt Simon + team resolved them to the best of their ability.
