Simon and his team did a kitchen wall knock-through for us in Heavitree, Exeter. They installed two RSJ’s and welded them together on site. The project was fairly short-notice and also had to be brought forwards by a couple of weeks which was no problem for them. Really fair & reasonably priced with all materials and waste collection included. Kept us up to date each day and allowed for building control to visit and view the installation mid-way through. Highly recommended, will be using Better Build for our next big project, and would recommend to others. Cheers! 👍🏼

Better build completed a refurbishment of a run down end of terrace house and extension to create a new build house for me. Simon project managed the job, employing 3 of his own team for the building work and other sub-contractors for plastering, plumbing and electrical. Simon was good at communicating any changes that occurred and made savings where possible to ensure that the project was completed on budget. All works were completed to a high standard and I would highly recommend Better build for any building works.

Simon came and gave us a quote.. He gave us a competitve quote and clearly understood the complex extention plans and made sure we fully understoos what needed to be done. We decided to use a different builder on this occasion but I would still highly recommend Better Build and will be contacting him for further work that needs doing

Great team very professional, kept me updated at every stage. Went above an beyond to sort unexpected issues that arised throughout the build. Very happy with our new rooms would definitely recommend.

5*! Great genuine team, you wouldn't even know they were in your garden - quiet & hard working. Get the job done within the time frame set. Very clear about costings, and thorough about explaining everything. We are super happy with our new patio!
