  New boiler installation

  Excellent value for service and money 5 stars! We can’t begin to say how happy and satisfied we are with Berkshire Heating Solutions Ltd. Jon came over and did an inspection of what we wanted and needed and found the perfect boiler to suit us. We agreed a date and one of his team (Elliot was the installer - lovely chap) attended, great communication, reminders and letting us know he was on route. The job was done to the highest standard. They are professional, tidy and personable, they are going to be our go to company for servicing from now on - they have our highest recommendation.

  Fixed central heating

  No heating over Easter weekend, left a message on their website. Had a call from Jon who came out and fixed the problem replacing the pump. Had a follow up call the next day to check if all working well and was happy with the service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

  Great communication for job details. Excellent quote. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable technician / boiler fitter. Clean, tidy, thorough. Arrived on time. Completed the work in good time without any short cuts. Clear instructions on operation and aftercare.

  Very good experience with Berkshire Heating Solutions. Ray was very helpful, did a good job and gave us additional advice. Jon gave us a follow up call after to see if there was anything they could help with further, which was much appreciated.

  No Hot water in Megaflow

  Fantastic service by Jon at Berkshire heating. Our hot water wasn't working over the easter weekend. Jon came round and Identified the fault which was with the motorised valve supplying megaflo cylinder. He replaced the valve, pressurised the system and tested that it was all working correctly to get us back up and running.
