Excellant service ,from requesting a quote, through to making apt, to comlpetion of my plumbing problems. All the staff are amazing, on time and polite. Wont use any other company. They have been servicing my boiler For 3 years as well as fixing my radiators and other things. I think this is the 5th visit. I cant thank the whole team enough for there amazing service. Thank you

Came quickly after heating failed. After identifying that I needed a new boiler, Jon explained my options clearly. They were able to install a new boiler 2 days later. Mike did a brilliant job despite some difficulties.

Highly recommend Berkshire Heating Solutions. We needed a replacement boiler at short notice and Jon was able to quote and schedule installation within a couple of days. Mike did the installation of the boiler, replaced a radiator and managed to tame our tricky electrics. Super tidy too, you wouldn’t have know he was here. Superb customer service and communication, very professional and very competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

Arrived promptly performed an excellent neat and tidy job. No question was to hard very friendly Manor. Would thoroughly recommend the firm, explained and what was needed, even at the end 2 rads would not get hot so re balancing was done they are now perfect. Installed a hive hub unit this does a perfect job when you work out your family routine. Thank you Jon.
