Good service

Annual boiler service was carried out with no problems. I was kept informed on time and day of service and engineer arrived within allocated time slot. He was friendly and carried out the service with efficiency. Would recommend this company with 5 stars.

Very happy with Berkshire Heating solutions. We had used another company previously to service the boiler and we were told that some additional maintenance would be required with replacement parts. Jon inspected the boiler (and walked my husband through what was being done), and undertook the maintenance without the need for new parts. He was friendly, helpful and transparent. The cost was less than anticipated largely due to no need for parts and the work required to replace them. Highly recommend

Jon at Berkshire Heating solutions Ltd was great. Good communication from arranging the appointment and then keeping me updated on his arrival time. The work completed was done to a high standard and he talked me through what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Price for the work was outstanding value. Will definitely be using Berkshire Heating Solutions again.
