I called Berkshire after another plumbing company came to look at the problem with the hot water. The first plumbing company gave me a quote to replace my whole boiler and tank because it could not be fixed. Berkshire Heating came out and fixed it for the cost of a call out.

I wanted to change from an old boiler to a combination boiler. Jon provided the initial quote and answered any questions I had, and explained what would be done. Elliot and John completed the job, they arrived on time, were polite, respectful and clean, tidying up after themselves. Elliot explained very carefully how the new system worked. I would definitely recommend Berkshire Heating Solutions - they were great - thank you!

Very efficient follow up service from this company. New boiler was installed last year and follow up service plus annual gas safety check carried out this year. Excellent service. Professional, prompt and courteous. Very happy!

Our boiler suddenly stopped working, leaving us without heating and hot water. Ray came out promptly, quickly identified the issue, ordered the necessary part, and had everything fixed and running again in no time. Ray was courteous, friendly, and professional throughout. The company’s communication (Jon) was excellent too—keeping us updated, letting us know when he was on the way, and even following up afterwards to check everything was working properly. Fantastic service from start to finish. I was actually recommended by a friend, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others as well!
