Ben replied promptly and during his journey to us, kept in contact at all times, he was friendly and helpful and even shot off to the nearest Screwfix (at rush hour too!) to get an extra part he discovered we needed for our tap replacement. In my case, I had a small plaster repair work. Ben and his team were quick and responsive in planning the work. Jay came in next day to fix the patch. Quality of the plaster work was good. Cost was also really reasonable.
